Ltd.<\/strong> with the objective of assessing the transparency, accountability, service delivery, public participation, and overall performance of the health institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The social audit was carried out over the period from <strong>10 Baishakh 2083 to 11 Asar 2083 B.S. (23 April 2026 to 25 June 2026)<\/strong>. The assessment was conducted through a systematic review of relevant documents, field observations, consultations with stakeholders, community interactions, and public hearings where applicable.
