As part of the Social Audit of the health institutions of Gurans Rural Municipality, Dailekh District, Karnali Province, Star Innovation and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. organised meetings at all health institutions to facilitate discussions between service users and service providers. These meetings provided a platform for participants to share their experiences, exchange views, and discuss issues relating to the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of health services.
The social audit was carried out over the period from 10 Baishakh 2083 to 11 Asar 2083 B.S. (23 April 2026 to 25 June 2026), during which all planned social audit activities were successfully completed.
