As part of the Social Audit of the health institutions of Gurans Rural Municipality, Dailekh District, Karnali Province, Mrs. Sirjana Budhathoki, representing Star Innovation and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd., conducted a comprehensive review of institutional documents and collected the necessary information from the respective health institutions.
The social audit was carried out over the period from 10 Baishakh 2083 to 11 Asar 2083 B.S. (23 April 2026 to 25 June 2026). During this period, relevant documents were reviewed, required information was collected, and consultations were held with the concerned personnel to assess the governance, service delivery, transparency, accountability, and overall performance of the health institutions. During the process, interviews were also conducted with service recipients of the health institutions to obtain their views and experiences regarding the services provided.
